Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon (EMO) hosts Amelia and friends in a gathering that supports peace in Ukraine. Amelia will perform her new version of Plyve Kacha for flute & electronics, originally arranged for vocal ensemble by the Ukrainian sextet Pikkardiyska Tertsiya.

Local Klezmer musicians will also perform Ukrainian music and songs alongside Inna Kovtun, a well-known recording artist and folk singer who arrived in Portland a month ago from Ukraine. Concert hosts will share specific ways you can support the Ukrainian people here and a world away.
