Amelia joins Fear No Music in a concert presenting works by the Iranian Female Composers Association (Niloufar Nourbaksh, Aida Shirazi, and Anahita Abbasi) and Black American composers Brittany J. Green, Jordyn Davis, and Shelley Washington. Amelia stars in the theatrical showpiece, "No, I am Not Roaming Aimlessly," by Anahita Abbasi, a piece based on a poem by 13th century poet, Rumi, and the sincere definition of Sufism. She also joins an ensemble to perform Niloufar Nourbakhsh’s “Aid for Sex,” a chaotic soundscape inspired by a U.N. report detailing the experience of Syrian women and their exploitation at the hand of aid distributers.
